  • What currency are the prices in?

All the prices you see are in Canadian dollars.

 

  • Complimentary Shipping?

Yes, we are offering complimentary standard shipping to US and Canada on qualifying orders:

 

To Canada - orders of and over $200

To US - orders of and over $250

Limited time offer. Cannot be combined with other offers. Subtotal must be over the amount before applicable taxes, shipping, and other charges.

 

  • When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped out within seven business days. A confirmation email will be sent out with a tracking code.
  • How long does it take for me to get my order?

From the time you receive the shipping confirmation email with a tracking code, it will be three to seven business days to receive your order within US and Canada. The delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen natural disasters, incorrect mailing address, or others.

  • Returns? Exchanges?

For any orders with discounted (including any promo codes) or sale items, all orders are final sale. No exceptions.

We offer return and exchange on full-priced merchandise only.

 

  • Do I have to pay duties?

All duties are included in the price. Regional sales tax may be applied.

 

  • Which countries to do you ship?
Currently, we ship to USA and Canada. 

 

  • Verification?

To protect our amazing fans and customers, at times, we will require further information from you to verify the order. The procedure is to protect the customers.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide all necessary verification documents within five business days to us. We will not be contacting third party to verify the details. Failure of full verification may result in an order cancellation. We would like to thank in advance for your understanding.

We will process your order as soon as possible following verification.

 

  • Freight Forwarder? P.O. Box?
We currently do not ship to freight forwarders or P.O. Box addresses for security reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Our customer service hours are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST. Our team member will answer your questions within two business days. Please note that our customer service department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
